Emerald Science LLC is committed to providing a transparent, fair, and customer-friendly purchasing experience. If there is ever an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can promptly resolve it.

30-Day Satisfaction Commitment

Customers may request assistance, a refund, or another order resolution within 30 days of confirmed delivery by contacting admin@emeraldscience.net.

Our goal is to resolve concerns quickly, fairly, and without unnecessary barriers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or other resolutions may be available when:

  • An order is canceled prior to shipment.
  • An order cannot be fulfilled.
  • An item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
  • A shipment is confirmed lost in transit.
  • There is a verified processing or fulfillment issue.

Because our products are supplied strictly as laboratory research materials, physical returns are generally not required.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Photos, if available, to help expedite the review process.

Where appropriate, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement.
  • A refund.
  • Store credit.

Shipping Issues

  • If a shipment is delayed or lost, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate.
  • If a shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be provided.
  • If tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive the package, we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.

Our focus is on reaching a fair resolution rather than assigning fault.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Store credit may be offered as an option but is never required.

Payment Method Notes

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • ACH / eDebit: Refunded to the originating bank account.
  • Cryptocurrency: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds are provided as store credit or an equivalent value.

These payment method differences do not affect your eligibility for assistance or resolution.

All products sold by Emerald Science LLC are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal use, and are not approved for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary purposes.

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Accept responsibility for the lawful handling and use of all products.
