Emerald Science LLC is committed to reliable, transparent shipping and prompt assistance if any delivery issue arises.

1. Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship using the following options:

  • UPS / USPS Ground — Estimated 2–5 business days — $13.50
  • UPS 2nd Day Air — Estimated 2 business days (no Saturday delivery) — $22.95

If you require a different delivery method, please contact us at admin@emeraldscience.net prior to placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information by email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and destination:

  • UPS / USPS Ground: Approximately 2–5 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Approximately 2 business days (no Saturday delivery)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

4. Tracking Information

All shipments include USPS or UPS tracking. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

5. Shipping Eligibility & Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Customers must be 21 years of age or older to place and receive orders.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives with an issue:

  • Contact us at admin@emeraldscience.net within 30 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
  • We will work directly with the shipping carrier and you to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • If a shipment is confirmed lost or materially delayed, we will provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Satisfaction Policy.

Our goal is to resolve shipping issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

7. Research-Only Product Notice

All materials shipped by Emerald Science LLC are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal use and must not be used as medications, dietary supplements, or treatments.

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are 21 years of age or older
  • Understand the research-only designation
  • Accept responsibility for the lawful handling and use of all materials

This designation does not affect your rights under our Refund & Satisfaction Policy or this Shipping Policy.
